Where is Warner's Distillery located?
Our spirits are crafted at Falls Farm in Harrington, Northamptonshire. We are a farm-grown distillery that uses fresh, natural ingredients directly from our land.
What is the standard delivery timeframe?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer express shipping options for those who need their gin in a hurry.
Are your spirits suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
Most of our gins are vegan-friendly. However, our Honeybee Gin contains real honey from our farm hives, so please check the specific product labels for dietary information.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched from the farm, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor its journey to your door.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We take great care in packaging our bottles, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours with a photo of the package for a replacement or refund.
